Virtus.Pro to Dreamhack Summer

Virtus.Pro marched all the way to victory against

compLexity Gaming in a best-of-three Grand Final to book their place in the main event of DreamHack Summer 2012 to be held in Jönköping, Sweden.

In the last of the online qualifiers, we witness familiar teams from the the second and third qualifier participate, yet again. Teams such as

EPIDEMIC,

zNation,

DTS,

25cm,

Infused battled it out in full throttle to occupy the final spot of the online qualifier.

However, it was compLexity and the newly formed Virtus.Pro who emerged as the eventual finalists. Both teams looked impressive throughout, especially

Yaroslav 'NS' Kuznetsov led Virtus.Pro along with

Kuro 'KuroKy' Takhasomi and three other 'un-revealed' names.

Both teams had to navigate through tough opponents; some of them amateur, some of them professional, but all of them hungry to claim a spot at the upcoming DreamHack Vengeance Dota 2 Cup.

With Virtus.Pro's place at Dreamhack safely secured, the online qualifiers for the same has come to an end. The remaining four teams will be decided at the venue itself from the Bring-Your-Own-Computer qualifiers.

Virtus.Pro has the ability to be great. As stated earlier form and go 5:0 is a good sign. As long as they can keep the dota drama out of focus they could be very hard to beat.
