Word has been going around that the Danish Dota 2 players of dk Eclypsia have left their new home after just two days. joinDOTA has managed to contact Eclypsia's management staff for a statement regarding the entire situation, and it is confirmed that the squad and sponsor have parted ways. The story began when it was announced that the team had left Quantic Gaming and joined new organization Eclypsia. During the transition, the team also went through roster changes with PlaymatE making a comeback and replacing dk Sylvester 'Link' Hoelgaard.

PlaymatE with Eclypsia for just two days

Although eC was not performing well, losing to us compLexity in The Premier League, they were showing signs of improvement as they adjusted to their new roster. However, the early sign of cracks came when PlaymatE updated his Facebook fan page on Thursday, May 3rd citing his disagreements with their new sponsor, and that they will be searching for new sponsors again.

We contacted Eclypsia for an official statement, and Eclypsia's League of Legends and opening projects manager Alban 'Semrodia' Chaubert had the following statement to say about the entire situation:
We looked to hire a team with alot of potential managed by 'Mystress'. Following a series of misunderstandings, the previous deal was unable to be fulfilled after a talk, they decided to not negotiate. The staff of Eclypsia believe that Dota 2 is a great game for eSports and we will keep looking for a great team. We all regret the hope we shared with the ex-Quantic team and wish them the best in a search for a sponsor.

joinDOTA is in the midst of more discussion with parties involved, and will continue to update the community on this matter.
