Darer and Infused join ProDOTA2 Europe

ProDOTA2 Europe qualifiers have ended, and it was

Darer and

Infused that have secured their slots in the $20,000 Pro League.

Darer's road to qualifying:

Darer was able to win convincingly against

mTw in the first round with the pushing power of Lycan overpowering mTw's Lone Druid. In the final round Darer faced

EPD, who won against

Dignitas in a game featuring impressive play by Michael 'Tulex' Zima's Kunkka.

Darer won the first game against EPD with ease, but completely fell apart during the second game, with Ivan 'Artstyle' Antonov's Doom getting picked off in the early game many times. The third game saw Darer dominate their lanes, and Sergey 'G' Bragin's Storm getting so many bloodstone charges that he instantly respawns when he dies.

Infused's road to qualifying:

Infused went up against fellow Swedes

youBoat, and looked to lose the game after youBoat's Morphling was getting his core items up. Playing against the clock, Hampus 'Mini' Olsson managed to get a couple of important blackholes, disabling Morphling completely. With the continued onslaught from Infused, youBoat was unable to handle their pressure and called GG.

Infused faced up against

NEXT.kz in the final round after they had beaten Fnatic. In the first match, Infused opted a strong pushing lineup featuring Lycan, whilst NEXT.kz went for Lone Druid to start the battle of the beasts. With many buybacks from both teams, both Infused and NEXT.kz tried to go straight for the throne. Infused managed to catch NEXT.kz out as they attempted to retreat, and it was over after Lone Druid was destroyed.

In the next game, Infused opted for a strong teamfight lineup and their early pressure paid off and gave them a huge advantage. NEXT.kz was constantly pressured, and Infused found a series of successful ganks. Fights at bottom saw Infused take out all enemy heroes, and it was over for the Kazakhs.

ProDOTA2 Europe Teams:

With both teams winning their respective qualifiers, they advance into the main league where they will join six other invited European teams in their division.
