Asia joins third joinDOTA Masters

posted by Tezzeret, 1 year ago

Its time for another edition of the joinDOTA Masters. What sets this leg apart is that it will be one focused on the Asian region with eight of Asia's best teams competing for 500 Euros.
So be sure to check out the stream when it comes online.

Many DotA fans will be looking forward to this mini-tournament due to it containing two Chinese powerhouse teams namely cn CLC and cn DK. In last night's showmatch between cn World Elite and us Captain Planet, Captain Planet was able to take home the $800 with a convincing 2-0 score. We will get to see whether CLC and DK can avenge their comrades later in the day.

The first match up to be played is between the two Malaysian arch-rivals, my Orange and my MUFC at 0845 CET. Orange will be playing from the Philippines as they are there to compete in GIGABYTE's Mineski Pro Gaming League.

As per usual, joinDOTA's very own, au Toby 'TobiWanKenobi' Dawson will be providing the broadcast. The brackets can be found here.

Even though aL is in Asia's brackets, they have European style of playing. You can look at it as Europe vs Asia right here.
