We have a little update for everyone regarding the upcoming Celebrity Challenge. Firstly, the schedule of the tournament has been moved to the 19th of February at 19:00 CET. This change is brought forward due to popular demand especially in the European zone to have the games broadcasted at a time suitable for them.

Besides that, the brackets and drafting format is now available. Read on to see how it is done.
According to our predictions and poll, our strongest team, Team Asia consisting of Dendi and furryfish will be facing Team Canada which comprises of Complexity's Jeyo and his girlfriend, Daisy. This will be the first match that will be played.

The second match will be our most exciting team to watch, Team USA which houses Merlini and Sayuri going up against Team Europe's Misery and Pinksheep. Three towers or ten kills is what it takes to win their game. The winning team of both matchup will then play a final match to determine which team is the best.

Be sure to tune in to all these matches which will be casted by our very own TobiWan here.

A big part of competitive matches is the drafting stage and since there is no system for 2v2 drafting yet, it will be done in a private channel whereby one team will ban a hero followed by another ban from the opposing team. Each team will then pick a hero after bans are done. The process is repeated until both teams have decided on the two heroes they will use.

Remember, you can chip in for a good cause as well. Beta keys will be given out during the event and the most generous contributor will get a special "Thank You" package which includes a Dota 2 Beta Key, an hour-long Dota lesson with the couple of their choice, a joinDOTA t-shirt autographed by Tobi Wan, a personalized, autographed mouse-pad featuring the print of their choice, and an on-stream shout-out.

So what are you waiting for? Chip in now! Don't forget to also vote in our polls for the strongest team here.
