First Departure have been a force in the SEA scene for a good few years now, with key player Meracle being a part of their first roster back in 2012. Their success since then has been varied, with many roster changes in the last 12 months, but they have managed to bring home some 1st place trophies from local tournaments in the past.

Meracle is one of SEA's most famous players, with him largely being credited for the resurgence of Naga Siren as a carry in the game after some very impressive performances. He was often talked about as a player with a lot of potential, and between two stints with First Depature he featured in fellow Singaporean team sg Scythe Gaming and also cn RisingStars, perhaps hoping to achieve success in China like fellow countryman sg Daryl 'iceiceice' Koh.

Meracle goes on in another tweet to allude to a new Singaporean lineup he'll be featuring in. With most teams setting their sights on TI5 around now, it seems to be last chance saloon for those forming new rosters and hoping to recieve a chance at competing in the prestigious event come Summer.
