joinDOTA is back with another edition of joinDOTA Masters powerd by Dailymotion! se Alliance, eu Meepwn'd and ru Team Empire are amongst the eight candidates to compete for $15,000 and a chance to prove their form. That is if Trixi's fi 4ASC doesn't have something to say about it. Single elimination, all-in.

After the great western reshuffle every team - especially newly formed rosters like Alliance and Meepwn'd, is looking for an opportunity to prove themselves and prepare for the upcoming events that will be crucial when it comes to The International 5 invites.

The Swedes and H4nn1's new team are looking to improve their team play while Empire will try to prove that their poor performance during DAC qualifiers were just an accident and they are still that formidable force that they were back in December.

However, not many events have been held at the beginning of the year for the teams to really get stuck into. Playing scrims is a good start but the best way to improve is to compete in official matches and the joinDOTA Masters is the perfect outing to get a team in shape.

The prize pool is $15,000, with $10,000 for the winning team, which is well worth the gamble if they can make their way through three seperate opponents without falling. There are no second chances, as the single elimination format will make quick work of any team not able to get into gear.

Invited teams:
eu Team Tinker
eu Meepwn'd
eu Moscow 5.int
eu GameOnline
se Alliance
ru Team Empire
fi 4 Anchors + Sea Captain
ru Album Sheet

New prize pool distribution:1. $10,000
2. $5,000

The format of the event is a single elimination bracket with all the matches being played in a best of three format with the exception of the grand finals that will be best of five. Every single game will be casted by Toby "TobiWan" Dawson on joinDOTA Dailymotion channel. The schedule and the bracket are yet to be released but the invite list is already worth waiting for.
