my Joel "XtiNcT" Zhan's departure from my Team Malaysia was sudden and also peculiar given the team's incredible unbeaten run in the Summit 2. New stand-in KS from First Departure fell to the hands of his former team-mates earlier today in the SUmmit 2, making it TM's second defeat in a row.

The departure of Xtinct was clearly not driven by results given the team have been cruising recently, winning 14 of their last 15 matches. Xtinct's tweet announcing his departure yesterday came only hours after the team's 2-1 defeat to my Invasion in the Synergy Cup playoffs, the team's first loss in 3 weeks.

Statement from Babyoling:

"I can say is that it's something that happened within the team and should be kept that way; and if both Mushi and Xtinct don't want to comment about it it's not my place to talk about it either. That said though I believe the decision is probably for the best."

The parting of ways with Xtinct has made a clear impact on the team's performance, with Team Malaysia's first outing without Xtinct ending in a 2-0 defeat to First Departure earlier this evening in The Summit 2.

Mushi and Ohaiyo refused to comment on the exact reason for Xtinct leaving the team, with both posting on their Facebook pages that they hope the matter can remain private.

Ohaiyo posted that "no matter what happens to us, I hope all of you will please not mention anymore about why Xtinct leave the team", whilst Mushi said "I know everyone would like to see old Orange Team members play together, but this time we had to disappoint you. The reason why Xtinct has to leave the team I don't wish to mention it anymore." Regardless of Xtinct's abrupt departure no public slander was made, with all parties involved wishing each other the best of luck in the future, and insisting they are still friends.

Xtinct's departure was sudden and seems not driven by results

Team Malaysia will have to get their affairs in order quickly, as one more loss in the Summit2 playoffs will see them eliminated. On his Facebook page stated KS will remain a temporary stand-in for Team Malaysia with the last member of the team to "be announced when everything is confirmed."
