Ah, Dota: the ever changing, never resting. It seems like Icefrog was once more unhappy with the current gameplay, as he released 6.82c earlier the day. This is not a major patch, however it comes with significant changes to a lot of heroes as well as the gameplay.

It seems to be time to readjust again, as another patch is lurking around the corner. Earlier today, Valve revealed a set of patchnotes in a rather unspectacular manner.

Apparently, our beloved amphibian deemed the gold and experience bounties still too high, as he lowers them significantly in case only a few heroes are taking part in a kill. This was most likely to counter the still high rewards, as you were capable of getting close to 2k gold out of a single kill later on.
Furthermore, the buyback cooldown is now increased to 7 minutes, which will punish teams heavier for dying. Although this could in theory result in longer games, it also broadens the window of opportunity for the opposing team to end the game.

A few heroes got minor fixes and tweaks for balancing purposes, so they won't be too strong anymore. Death Prophet, Brewmaster and Faceless Void all seem to be too popular, despite their nerfs in the last patches, so Icefrog decided to up their cooldowns or cast times a bit.
Razor might also receive a bit less attention now, after his static link is a lot weaker on lower levels.
However, it is Terrorblade, who received a rather huge nerf to counter his insane mobility and farming skills, as his illusions take more damage while his movement speed got slightly reduced.
