The Dota 2 veterans ru Moscow 5 have been forced to make yet another alteration to their roster after losing their star player ru Sergey 'ARS-ART' Revin in August. This time around ru Igor 'Nexus' Lisakovskiy takes his leave from the squad due to disappointing performances of the team in their recent games.

ru Moscow 5 made their comeback into the Dota 2 scene earlier this year, shortly after The International 2014. Despite initially racking up good results, they established themselves as one of the weaker teams of the CIS region, not reaching up to the likes of ru Empire or ua Natus Vincere.

Citing the poor performances of his team as well as his wish for greater fiscal stability, ru Igor 'Nexus' Lisakovskiy announced his departure from the support role in Moscow 5 to join the Belarusian organisation by Power Rangers. His decision was criticised by the CEO of Moscow 5, ru Maxim 'Nirvana' Zalilov, as he accuses Nexus to be more concerned about drawing his salary from the club than improving his own teamwork and performance.

Nexus will be replaced by the up and coming ru Rinat 'King R' Abdullin from St. Petersburg.

Current Moscow 5 roster

ru Ivan 'Vigoss' Shinkarev
ru Vladimir 'PGG' Anosov
ru Rinat 'King R' Abdullin
ru Maxim 'TpoH' Vernikov
