The most notable team of the qualifiers was definitely LGD.CDEC who were able to punch their way, not only to one, but both of the major events bringing down many of the crowd favorites in the process. It’s also heartening to see the OldBoys back on the big screen as they were able to secure a spot to the i-League LAN finals with victory over LGD. While many of the major European teams were still shuffling their rosters during the qualifiers of the first two LAN events of the season, both i-League and WEC boast a colorful cast of top tier teams fighting for their first titles after the International. With a lot money and pride on the line these two big LAN finals are the perfect start for a brand new “year” of Dota 2.
