In a surprising move, sg Galvin 'Meracle' Kang Jian Wen is now playing for cn RisingStars, replacing the departing cn Jia Jun 'Sylar' Liu who is heading to cn Vici-Gaming. This makes Meracle the fourth player from South East Asia currently active in China.

Meracle originally played for sg First Departure, a team that was highly regarded as the next South East Asia hope. Throughout the year they went head to head to teams like my Orange and sg Zenith, taking games off them on numerous occasions. He made his debut playing for RisingStars today against cn TongFu. It is currently unknown how long Meracle will play for RisingStars. As he is a Singaporean citizen, he is required to attend a mandatory two year army training once he reaches 18 years of age.

It is rumored that Sylar's departure from RisingStars was due to internal strife between him and the rest of the team. But not to worry, he has already found a team and will be playing for Vici-Gaming from now on. Due to the rules of WPC-Ace, Sylar is not allowed to represent the team for the time being.
