DOTA 2 ended BETA recently. How about the current readiness?

It's kind of similar to open beta now. Right now we are buying a lot of servers and players from all over the world can visit their servers. There still a lot work to do, preventing the disaster when big waves of players join the game.

Will DOTA 2 add more entertaining features like IMBA or 6 vs 6 mode in the future update?

Recently, we are so busy to get ready for The International, adding more heroes in the game and working on enhancing the quality of the game. We definitely will be adding all of these things.

The gameplay of DOTA and DOTA 2 are very similar. It seems like DOTA 2 is merely a new version of DOTA with a better graphic. How can you bring the DOTA players to DOTA 2, especially the players who won't appeal the graphic much?

We definitely think that not everybody playing DOTA 1 understands the fun experience playing DOTA 2. DOTA 2 enhances the game experience in sociability and graphic. Users can easily play with their friends. It is way more important to build the interaction between friends, so we added a lot of features what makes playing with friends easier. We will add more new features, guiding users, giving them a reason to try the game. We will see.

Valve invested a lot of time and money in DOTA 2. Will it be another profitable product of Valve?

To our developer team, we won't think much about the profit stuff, because if you think much about the money, it's not so good for players. Our goal is to bring a pretty cool game to players and always know what we do well and what we do badly. We do not hurry to make money.
