Having played for ru RoX.KIS for over three months, long time member ru Andrey 'Dread' Golubev has decided to take his leave from competitive play. But fear not, he will still be involed in the Dota scene in another capacity. Dread will be joining his good friend ru Aleksey 'Solo' Berez, whom was removed from the RoX.KIS's player line up due to the betting scandal awhile back, at shoutcasting.

While RoX.KIS may not have a lot of accolades to boast of, they have always been a top contender in the scene, never giving their opponent an easy time in all their matches. Thier most notable achievement is placing third at The International 2013 Western qualifier, just one match from qualifying for the Wildcard match.

Dread's replacement is currently unknown as of now, but the team has been seen playing with 'jrb' formerly from by Power Ranger.

Statement from ru Dennis 'PODOX' Pestretzoff regarding Dread's retirement:

It a pity to part ways with a player such as Dread. Andrei has shown to be a real fighter *(or competitor, whatever you want to use)* inside the game and as a great person in real life. I hope that in the future he will achieve the goals he has set before himself at this point in time. The team and I wish him luck!

Comment from ru Andrey 'Dread' Golubev on his retirement:

Its been a pleasure to play with this group of people, but at this moment I just don’t have the motivation to professionally play Dota. Perhaps, in the future I will return with renewed strength.
