-International 2 coming and there are better ways to spend the remaining training/bootcamp time

Pretty much a combination of those 3. There isn't any big drama involving the "issue". several other teams decided to skip the tourney aswell and some never showed up (and thus were DQed) or decided to quit the tourney bitween matches.
